Transparent Project Management Process, Clear Fee Structure
Communication is a key component to our relationship with you as your home builder. We have a very simple and clear fee structure. Our accounting team records expenses and billing daily and make them available on a weekly basis. If at any time there are questions about costs, a detailed report and/or copies of trade/supplier invoices will be provided.
